Jessica
Behrman
Jessica has a B.A., Management
from Saint Mary’s College
of California in Moraga, California.
Jessica came to real estate
investing after she started,
built, and sold two businesses.
She obtained her California
real estate license and began
originating loans and arranging
real estate financing. That
experience opened her eyes to
the enormous benefits of owning
investment real estate. She
enjoyed helping people acquire
property in the most financially
advantageous way, and learned
that a proper financial structure
can mean the difference between
an investment profit or loss.
To that end, she is passionate
about helping people incorporate
cost segregation reports into
their real estate investment
strategies. Jessica has invested
in raw land, single-family homes,
preconstruction, and multi-units
around the country and abroad.

Peggy
Daly
Peggy earned her BA from Bryn
Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania,
and her MA from Notre Dame de
Namur University in Belmont,
California. Peggy’s experience
includes marketing communications
work for nonprofits, insurance
companies, and enterprise software
companies. Peggy also consults
for clients in the advertising,
high tech, pharmaceutical, and
real estate development industries
and is an active investor in
both business and real estate
projects. |

Sharon
Faseer
Sharon graduated with a BA from
the California State University,
Monterey Bay, where she wrote,
produced and directed her short
film, “Surprise,”
a semi-autobiographical film.
Sharon has been a real estate
investor since 1990, owning
properties in California. She
also is a business owner whose
current venture is investing
in commercial property. |

Metra
Ulloa
Metra earned her Civil Engineering
degree from Seattle University
in Seattle, Washington, and
obtained her Project Management
Certificate from the University
of California, Santa Cruz. Metra
has her own real estate investment
business, Brown Market LLC,
which now contains a portfolio
of cash flow homes and notes.
Metra has developed and invested
in raw land, single-family homes,
and preconstruction homes around
the country.
